We need more exploits like this tbh. Makes people go hype and actually play this game (and not use it as chat messenger )

I was planning on making my necro/para/mesmer travel though c1 and Factions today with this - and they fixed it (I didn't care enough to travel yesterday ...)?!?!
I thought this was going to be another "We are working on fixing Aspenwood"-story - in which case I'd have like a year to travel around!

No disagreements there. It was an awesome bug, but I was only able to have 1 character ferried before I had to go and when they came back it was fixed.

I have to agree. The devs try to get us off their servers with things like gates, so we won't run multiple characters imo. Only those with a rare boredom immunity gene can put up with it.

Last time you were giving out exploited cookies to the whole of LA.
I never knew the exploit because I play solo, no guild for 8 months. I rarely exploit something in this game for that reason, and because no one post the exploit here until is too late

well so we have the 'dang it we really really mean we fixed it this time, we hope' update....welll hope its fixed for good, not that I ever used it (dont have a guild hall---my guilds been arguing about that for gee almost 2 years now! and we STILL havent picked one out yet, we should have been called procrastinators are us).
would have been ncie to get to levianthan pits with my ranger, but seeing as I dont know anyone who would have done this for me, I guess I will have to keep them baby turtle alive with my heroes and henchies......


glad its over with and now people can stop talking about rollbacks.

hahaha... i was in the gate of torment the other day and saw a lvl 4 monkthere. said to myself wth and how can he be here in the first place. then i read about the glitch, and went ooohhh.....

Odd that they rephrase it as "locked outposts", not ones they had not previously visited. Hmmm?

This one is about a different exploit.
